We are delighted to be celebrating a double win at the 2021 Global Business Tech Awards last night with Transport Tech Company of the Year and Tech Company of the Year (Large).

The awards recognise tech innovation on a global stage that adds tangible benefits to business operations spanning customer experience, management systems, marketing and sales information storage and data tracking. The Transport Tech Company of the Year category recognises the tech innovators disrupting the transport sector and those who are helping connect the country and shake up the network. The Tech Company of the Year category celebrates companies across all sectors that have a commitment to tech innovation and have been making their mark during the last year.

The double win is another feather in our cap following a strong year and cements our reputation as a leader in business mobility solutions, having kept businesses moving during the pandemic despite some of the most challenging supply conditions ever seen in the rental market.

Nexus’ award-winning rental management platform, IRIS, allows our customers to control every aspect of their rental fleet whilst the pioneering Management Information (MI) suite spots trends in vehicle usage to identify efficiencies in rental solutions. Our technology is used to support some of the UK’s largest fleets across the logistics, construction, retail, and utility sectors and has managed over two million rental bookings.

David Brennan, CEO at Nexus Vehicle Rental, said: “After a challenging year for all businesses, I’m proud that Nexus is a winner of not one but two Global Business Tech Awards alongside 28 high calibre and inspiring tech-driven businesses from around the world. Our success to date is without a doubt down to the dedication of our team and our commitment to continuous technology led innovation that drives our business and industry forward.”
