Commercial fleet hire is forming an increasing part of businesses’ mobility plans across the logistics, construction, retail, and utility sectors. With access to the UK’s largest commercial fleet rental supply chain, we can connect businesses to more than 550,000 vehicles across 2,000 locations.

FLEXIBLE FLEET HIRE

Our partnerships with over 235 rental suppliers across the UK allow us to offer fleet managers a flexible and complete fleet vehicle rental solution. You can hire our vehicles by day, month, or year, or even off-hire vehicles penalty-free when you no longer need them. This means you can quickly scale fleet capacity up and down to mitigate costs.

Our intelligent booking and rental management software platform, IRIS, puts you in control of the entire fleet rental process. At the click of a mouse or via smartphone, you can extend a booking or off-hire at any time you want. We also offer 24/7 rental support through an out of hours service for emergency bookings or breakdowns.

VEHICLE RANGE AND INSURANCE

Our range of vehicles comprises passenger cars, vans, HGVs, specialist and commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles. More recently, we added plant hire to our supply portfolio due to rising customer demand.

Regarding insurance, if you use the Customer’s Own Insurance (COI) option, then your company’s policy rules will determine the restrictions. For Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) rentals, we require a valid DVLA driver licence check code. Driver age restrictions may also apply.

Flexible rental is ideal if you want to scale your fleet up or down rapidly. It gives you the freedom to adapt your fleet size depending on demand and other requirements. It’s also a great way to test a new technology or a new component to see how it will perform in your fleet.

With many branches spread out across our 2,000 branch locations, we can directly deliver vehicles hired through our IRIS platform to your specific location. If there’s limited site access, we can facilitate vehicle drop-off positions, or you may collect directly from our network of vehicle hire partners.

No, you can also manage invoicing and rental spend, manage, and report damage claims or fines, and identify any potentially high-risk drivers operating vehicles within your fleet. Accessing this high level of information in one place is vital to ensure you can deal efficiently with all issues related to the fleet.
