With a focus on delivering excellent customer service and retaining more heads per fleet than any other UK Car Benefit provider, Tusker now has access to Nexus’ superior vehicle rental network of over 200 suppliers, enabling it to offer its customers an unrivalled vehicle selection. Tusker has also added Nexus’ ‘No Turndown Policy’ to its core capabilities, meaning it can fulfil every booking with confidence.

Tusker began reviewing the efficiency of its operations in October 2017. At the time it was engaging with multiple rental suppliers, requiring two managers to be responsible for ensuring the delivery and maintenance of its vehicles. Today, Tusker delivers all of its customers’ rental requirements solely via Nexus and through the white labelling of Nexus’ pioneering online rental management suite, IRIS, has been able to reallocate management resource within the company, saving the business around £50,000 per year.

This unique, cutting-edge rental management and mobility system allows Tusker’s customers to book vehicles, extend agreements and review their business requirements. From full billing data and real-time management information to customer service, fines and damage management, IRIS provides Tusker and its customers with everything they need to manage their hires effectively. IRIS can be pre-set with any company’s booking rules, helping Tusker’s customers manage their costs as well.

Daniel Gray, Head of Contract Hire and Rental Business Development at Tusker, said: “As a technology-driven company, we were really keen to work with an innovative mobility solutions provider with similar values and we have certainly found that in Nexus.

“Along with Nexus’ access network and competitive pricing, the ability to white label its IRIS platform provides added value, building credibility with our customer base and providing them with complete transparency in all rental aspects.”

Working in partnership with the widest range of trusted UK suppliers, Nexus is able to deliver any vehicle, anywhere, anytime through access to the UK’s largest supply chain of 550,000 rental vehicles across 2,000 UK locations.
