Fines Administrator

The Finance department is looking to recruit a new Fines Administrator

Job Description

The successful applicant will be a key part of the Fines team, working with customers, suppliers and internally to ensure fine cases and disputes are processed and addressed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include

  • Ensure post and fines e-mails are processed within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  • Handle all fines related disputes and queries
  • Quickly build rapport with suppliers and customers especially Key account contacts.
  • Complete any and all related administration duties as requested by the Group Financial Accountant.
  • Support and assist colleagues through a sharing of personal knowledge to ensure a consistent level of information is provided to all customers.
  • Treat all customers, be they internal or external, with courtesy and respect.
  • Following customer specific processes for the correct escalating off fines
