NEXUS Named In Best Companies To Work For In Yorkshire

Leeds-based Nexus Vehicle Rental, the UK’s leading tech driven business mobility provider, has been named in the top 75 Best Companies to Work For in Yorkshire for 2019.

This year Nexus has climbed five places from number 58 in 2018 to 53 in 2019, with a Regional Best Companies Index (RBCI) score of 675.1. This is a workplace engagement survey conducted by employees which is calculated into a measurable index (out of 1,000).

The 75-strong list recognises the organisations that are leading the way in creating engaging and exciting workplaces. Research by Best Companies , suggests that chief executives and senior teams understand that consistently engaging and supporting their workforce is the most effective way to attract and keep the best staff in challenging markets.

This most recent recognition comes after a string of award successes, with Nexus winning The Elite London Stock Exchange Group Scale-Up Award at the 2018 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards following its year-on-year growth and strong financial performance. David Brennan, CEO at Nexus, was also recognised at the Yorkshire Leadership Awards 2018, winning the Company Leader (100+ employees) accolade as well as being crowned Leader of the Year.
