The Nexus Connect app is now available for both iOS and Android, enabling users to manage their bookings in one place, including extensions, off-hires and cancellations. The application connects customers, the Nexus team and suppliers within one technological platform from mobile devices.

As well as supporting all bookings for cars, Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs), a key feature of the app is its comprehensive vehicle handover tool, which users can complete in full on the mobile app, which then uploads to the cloud enabling live update on IRIS. This tool allows customers to manage all vehicle touch points within the app itself, enabling drivers to input all information required during both the delivery and collection process, including fuel/battery level, mileage, rental paperwork and details about vehicle condition.

In addition, Nexus Connect also allows users to upload images, use its text recognition capability when uploading images of documents and vehicle registrations. To provide enhanced flexibility for Nexus customers, the application gives users the ability to manage multi-vehicle fleets, helping users to fully streamline their back-end administration fleet management and invoicing processes.
